Another Fist Fight Breaks Out During Boson Pops Concert at Symphony Hall - 25 Aug 2019

Boson, MA:  Another dispute in the audience resulted in a physical fist fight in the balcony of Boson Symphony Hall.  One patron had asked a man to stop talking loudly during the performance, especially the quieter parts.



"I said to him, 'Why don't you shut up?'" reported Todd Duncan after the fisticuffs.

The man who had allegedly been talking took umbrage at the suggestion. "Why don't you make me, Fredo?"

That's when fists started flying, women screamed, and one man fainted.  Security came to the balcony quickly and escorted the man out with white gloves.  Some claimed that the talkative man had beer before he came to the performance and told the woman he was with that he really didn't want to be there anyway.  However many patrons said that it was the most exciting performance by the Boson Pops in years, and that the music seemed to match the fighting.

Jack Rabbits Overrun Half Moon Island - Reach Mainland Gardens in Quincy and Boson

Jack rabbits overrun  After Animal Rights activists and volunteers helped bring wild Jackrabbits to Half Moon Island in Quincy Bay the animals began to proliferate.  Almost every island in Boston Harbor now has numbers of the hungry rabbits.  Nearby in Quincy and Boson the rabbits are eating there way through peoples gardens and even lawns.   .
